This Privacy Policy provides information on the principles, methods, purposes, scope, conditions, and terms of the personal data processing carried out by Limited Liability Company “ ID COSMETICS” (hereinafter “ ID COSMETICS”), as well as on your rights related to the processing of your personal data.

1.1. Personal Data – Any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person.
1.2. Data Subject – An identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
1.3. Profiling – Automated processing of personal data to evaluate specific personal aspects related to a natural person.
1.4. Controller – Limited Liability Company “ ID COSMETICS” (also referred to as “ ID COSMETICS”).
1.5. Processor – A natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the Controller ( ID COSMETICS).
1.6. Third Party – Any natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or body other than the data subject, controller, processor, and persons authorized to process personal data under the controller’s or processor’s direct authority.
1.7. Data Subject (Client) Consent – A freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the Client’s agreement to the processing of their personal data, expressed by a statement or clear affirmative action.
1.8. Cookies – Text files stored on the user’s device to customize the usability of the ID COSMETICS website for each individual user.
2. Data Controller and Processor
2.1. The data controller is Limited Liability Company “ ID COSMETICS,” registration number 40203393277, legal address: “Kūkas Nr. 2” – 12, Kūkas, Kūku pagasts, Jēkabpils novads, LV-5222.
2.2. Data processors are legal entities that process personal data on behalf of ID COSMETICS in accordance with ID COSMETICS’s instructions and comply with regulatory requirements in the field of data processing.
3. Categories and Types of Processed Client Data
3.1. The categories of personal data processed by ID COSMETICS depend on the services the client wishes to use.
3.2. The categories of personal data processed by ID COSMETICS are as follows:
3.2.1. Data processing for issuing ID COSMETICS client cards and related activities;
3.2.2. Data processing for registration in the ILURIS e-store and related activities;
3.2.3. Data processing for sending ID COSMETICS newsletters via email, SMS, or post;
3.2.4. Data processing for security purposes;
3.2.5. Data processing for other marketing purposes (publicity events).
3.3. For the issuance of client cards and providing related marketing offers, ID COSMETICS may process the following data, depending on the information voluntarily provided by the client: name, surname or username; gender; date of birth; address; mobile phone number; email.
3.4. For registration in the ID COSMETICS e-store, ID COSMETICS may process the following data: name, surname or username; gender; date of birth; address; mobile phone number; email.
3.5. For fulfilling transactions made in the ILURIS e-store (e.g., delivery of goods), ID COSMETICS may process the following data depending on the delivery method chosen: email, name, surname, address, and mobile phone number.
3.6. For sending newsletters via email, SMS, or post, ID COSMETICS may process the following data: email, phone number, address.
3.7. For property protection purposes, ID COSMETICS may process video recordings obtained from surveillance cameras in ID COSMETICS stores.
3.8. For publicity promotion during ID COSMETICS-organized events (e.g., store openings, presentations), ID COSMETICS may process photographs.
4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
4.1. ID COSMETICS processes personal data exclusively for the purposes specified below, complying with the legal requirements and depending on the scope of data and consent provided by the client.
4.2. The specific purposes for processing data include:
4.2.1. Identifying the client in ID COSMETICS stores, enabling client card usage without presenting the card; registration in the ID COSMETICS e-store, and access to the e-store;
4.2.2. Creating gender-specific special offers;
4.2.3. Providing discounts for the client’s birthday;
4.2.4. Sending seasonal catalogs, informational materials, and invitations via post; delivering products ordered in the e-store;
4.2.5. Sending SMS about promotions and event invitations;
4.2.6. Sending newsletters, providing order and delivery updates in the e-store;
4.2.7. Video surveillance in ID COSMETICS stores for property protection, theft prevention, and ensuring safety;
4.2.8. Publicity promotion using photographs from ID COSMETICS events.
5. Legal Basis and Duration of Processing
5.1. ID COSMETICS processes personal data based on:
5.1.1. Client Consent – Voluntarily provided, specific, and informed indication of agreement.
5.1.2. Legal Obligation – Complying with laws or lawful requests.
5.1.3. Legitimate Interests – Ensuring property and security, preventing theft, or pursuing legal actions.
5.2. Personal data is processed as long as the client’s consent remains valid, or as required to protect legitimate interests or fulfill legal obligations. Video recordings are stored for no more than four weeks unless needed for investigations or legal actions.

6. Recipients of Personal Data
6.1. ID COSMETICS ensures strict confidentiality when processing customer personal data and provides protection against unauthorized third-party access, accidental loss, or destruction of personal data. On a lawful basis, ID COSMETICS may, in exceptional cases, transfer customer personal data to the following entities:
6.1.1. Data Processors, who process personal data on behalf of ID COSMETICS and in accordance with its instructions, such as service providers who send SMS messages about special promotional offers on behalf of ID COSMETICS;
6.1.2. Public Authorities and Law Enforcement Agencies, upon their lawful request;
6.1.3. Service Providers, such as legal professionals, where there is a legal basis for transferring personal data to these providers.
7. ID COSMETICS Cookie Policy
7.1. The ID COSMETICS website uses cookies to store information about user activity on the website, such as the user’s IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, duration of the website visit, and information searched for on the website.
7.2. ID COSMETICS uses cookies only based on the clear consent of website users. This condition does not apply to cookies that are necessary for the proper functioning of the ID COSMETICS website and do not store user activity information on the website for an extended period.

8. Customer Rights Regarding ID COSMETICS Personal Data Processing
8.1. Customers have the right to choose the extent and type of data they provide to ID COSMETICS and to withdraw their consent for personal data processing in whole or in part, requesting that ID COSMETICS ceases processing all or specific parts of their data. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data processing carried out before the withdrawal.
8.2. If customers choose not to provide certain personal data or withdraw their consent (in full or in part), ID COSMETICS may be unable to provide services that require such data.
8.3. As ID COSMETICS needs to unambiguously identify the customer withdrawing consent, the withdrawal can be submitted as follows:
8.3.1. For customers with a loyalty card: Send a withdrawal email to info@ILURIS.COM from the email address provided when obtaining the loyalty card at an ID COSMETICS store or during registration on the ID COSMETICS online store. The email must include the customer’s name, surname, or username (if chosen) and loyalty card number (if issued), as well as the scope of consent withdrawal.
8.3.2. Via email: Send a withdrawal email signed with a secure electronic signature to info@ILURIS.COM, including the customer’s name, surname, or username (if chosen) and loyalty card number (if issued), and specifying the scope of consent withdrawal.
8.3.3. Via post: Send a written withdrawal letter to the ID COSMETICS legal address at “Kūkas Nr. 2” – 12, Kūkas, Kūku pagasts, Jēkabpils novads, LV-5222. The letter must include the customer’s name, surname, or username (if chosen) and loyalty card number (if issued), as well as the scope of consent withdrawal. Handwritten withdrawal letters can also be submitted at ID COSMETICS stores.
8.4. Customers can object at any time to the processing of their personal data by ID COSMETICS and request specific actions related to their personal data by submitting a request via the methods outlined in points 8.3.1–8.3.3. Customers have the right to request the following:
8.4.1. Access to personal data held by ID COSMETICS;
8.4.2. Correction, deletion, or supplementation of personal data based on their instructions, with justification;
8.4.3. Restriction (temporary suspension) of certain types or all personal data processing;
8.4.4. Cessation of automated data processing, including profiling;
8.4.5. Transfer of personal data to another controller in the scope and format available to ID COSMETICS.
8.5. Customers have the right to obtain information from ID COSMETICS regarding the transfer of personal data to third parties and the entities (individuals or legal entities) and/or state authorities to whom ID COSMETICS has provided information related to the customer’s personal data. This excludes cases where information was provided based on requests from law enforcement or other competent authorities within criminal proceedings or when disclosure is prohibited by law.
8.6. In the event of a dispute regarding the processing of personal data, customers have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority – the Data State Inspectorate.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
9.1. ID COSMETICS reserves the right to amend the privacy policy at any time and at its discretion, provided that such amendments comply with applicable data protection laws. Changes take effect upon their publication on the ID COSMETICS website. It is your responsibility to periodically review this privacy policy to ensure you are aware of any updates.
